Bookings and enquiries
- An enquiry or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- Service details, availability and prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
- For chemical hair services and some skin treatments we carry out a consultation, and patch or strand tests where needed. We may decline or postpone a service if it is not safe for your skin or hair.
- Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, medication or pregnancy before your appointment.
