This policy covers products you buy directly from Popyz Beauty Lounge, Gandhi Road, opposite Regal Bakes, Kozhikode, Kerala 673011, India through “Buy from Popyz” on our Shop page. Online ordering is opening soon. Products on our Shop page that link to Nykaa or Amazon are sold and delivered by those stores under their own policies.
Order confirmation
Our online shop and the salon sell from the same stock, so we check every order by hand. We confirm your order by WhatsApp, SMS or email within one working day (Monday to Saturday). If an item has just sold out, we tell you and refund you in full, or offer a swap.
Pickup from the salon
- Free. Choose “Pickup at the salon” when you order.
- Collect your order from Popyz Beauty Lounge, Gandhi Road, opposite Regal Bakes, Kozhikode, during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm) once we tell you it is ready.
- Please bring your order number or the phone number you ordered with. Uncollected orders are held for 7 days, then we contact you about a refund.
Delivery
- We deliver within India only.
- Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner within 2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days within Kozhikode and 3 to 7 working days elsewhere in India. Remote areas can take longer.
- Any delivery charge is shown on the payment page before you pay.
- We send tracking details on WhatsApp or by email once your parcel is on its way.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged, leaking, wrong or missing items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product (an unboxing video helps). We will replace the item or refund you; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Wrong address or failed delivery: please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we can send it again (a second delivery charge may apply) or refund the product price.
- Delays: if your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
